WHAT YOU WILL DO
\- Own the data, reporting, and operational infrastructure that supports growth across the business
\- Act as the source of truth for performance, ensuring leadership has clear visibility into what is working, what is underperforming, and where to allocate resources
\- Build and maintain weekly KPI dashboards tracking core e\-commerce and subscription metrics including CAC, MER, ROAS, AOV, LTV, payback period, churn, retention, and cohort performance
\- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across Shopify, ad platforms, and retention tools
\- Develop and manage forecasting models, including revenue forecasting, ad spend planning, inventory demand planning, and cash flow support, with a strong understanding of subscription dynamics (renewals, churn, LTV)
\- Improve attribution and data hygiene by reconciling multiple data sources and identifying discrepancies or inefficiencies in tracking
\- Establish reporting cadences and operating rhythms across the team, including weekly performance reviews and scorecards
\- Create accountability systems that improve cross\-functional alignment between marketing, creative, operations, and leadership
\- Analyze performance across promotions, pricing strategies, bundles, and product launches, including impact on subscription conversion and retention
\- Continuously identify inefficiencies, leaks, and opportunities within the funnel and broader business operations
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
\- 2\+ years of experience in RevOps, FP\&A, analytics, or e\-commerce operations
\- Experience working with subscription\-based ecommerce brands (required)
\- Strong proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets, with the ability to build and manage complex models
\- Deep understanding of ecommerce and subscription KPIs (LTV, churn, retention, cohort analysis, payback)
\- Highly analytical, detail\-oriented, and organized
\- Ability to translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
\- Comfortable working independently in a fast\-paced, performance\-driven environment
BONUS
\- Experience with tools such as Triple Whale, Northbeam, or Lifetimely
\- Familiarity with Shopify analytics and e\-commerce data ecosystems
