About This Role
Marketing Operations Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Marketing Operations Manager to improve the execution, measurement, and scalability of our marketing programs. This role is based in NYC and the ideal candidate will be able to come into the office 2 days a week.
This role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, campaign execution, data, and technology. You will partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and other commercial teams to manage campaigns, strengthen lead\-management processes, maintain reliable reporting, and ensure the health of the marketing technology ecosystem.
The ideal candidate enjoys both strategic problem\-solving and hands\-on execution. You are comfortable moving between building a campaign, analyzing performance data, troubleshooting and optimizing sales/marketing technology integrations, and improving lead\-routing and data\-management processes. Your work will help the organization operate more efficiently, make better decisions, and generate greater impact from its marketing investments.
In this role, success means campaigns are launched accurately and on time, performance data is reliable and actionable, leads move efficiently through the funnel, and the marketing technology stack supports—not slows down—the organization. You will introduce processes and improvements that increase visibility, reduce manual work, strengthen data integrity, and enable marketing programs to scale.
Responsibilities
● Build, launch, and measure integrated marketing campaigns across CRM, marketing automation, advertising, webinar, attribution, and analytics platforms, including audience setup, tracking, workflows, quality assurance, and post\-campaign reporting.
● Own marketing automation platform operation, optimization, and deployment, including email marketing and automated communication execution, contact and account segmentation, web forms, landing pages, all feature and process testing, deployment, and ongoing performance optimization.
● Consolidate data from multiple marketing, sales, advertising, and web platforms to maintain KPI reporting, develop dashboards, and translate campaign, channel, account, and funnel performance into actionable insights.
● Manage lead lifecycle operations, including lead scoring, routing, enrichment, list uploads, workflow development, data normalization, and ongoing process improvement.
● Maintain data quality and governance across CRM and marketing automation systems through deduplication, enrichment, field management, ownership updates, and large\-scale record corrections.
● Monitor and optimize the health of the sales and marketing technology ecosystem, including system integrations, data synchronization, automation, troubleshooting, and platform reliability.
● Coordinate with internal stakeholders, agencies, and technology partners to support campaign execution, audience development, tracking structures and reporting methodologies, webinars, landing pages, forms, timelines, and deliverables.
● Lead collaboration with web development agencies and partners to maintain and update company web properties, creating new pages based on templates in CMS and updating image, copy and minor style changes on existing pages.
● Create scalable processes, documentation, and quality\-control standards that improve consistency, reduce manual work, and support growth across Marketing and other commercial teams.
● Provide operational support for selected cross\-functional initiatives, including customer communications, service workflows, ticketing processes, surveys, and other business priorities.
Experience Needed
● Five or more years of experience in marketing operations, with meaningful responsibility for campaign execution, lead management, marketing technology, and performance analytics.
● Experience in a B2B technology, software, data, or other complex go\-to\-market environment is strongly preferred.
● Strong working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms, such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
● Experience using web analytics, advertising, attribution, data\-management, and reporting tools. Familiarity with platforms such as GA4, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Microsoft Clarity, Octane11, Insycle, or similar tools is beneficial.
● Demonstrated experience designing and executing demand\-generation, email, webinar, and integrated marketing campaigns.
● Experience updating and managing website assets in Wordpress or similar CMS strongly preferred.
● Experience managing lead scoring, routing, enrichment, database hygiene, and CRM or marketing automation workflows.
● Strong analytical skills and the ability to combine information from multiple sources, identify meaningful trends, and communicate clear conclusions.
● Excellent project\-management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
● A proactive, solutions\-oriented approach and the ability to troubleshoot campaign, data accuracy/integrity, process, and technology issues independently.
● A strong sense of ownership and urgency, paired with the flexibility to adjust priorities in a fast\-moving environment.
