About us
Holistic Wellness \& Psychiatry is a fast\-growing integrative psychiatry and wellness practice with locations in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and St. Thomas, USVI. We offer psychiatry and counseling, ketamine\-assisted psychotherapy (KAP), Spravato, functional medicine, hormone optimization, weight management, peptide therapy, and KAP provider training. We're physician\-owned, mission\-driven, and in an active phase of operational and strategic maturation.
What this role is — and what it isn't
This is not a doer role. It is an orchestrator role.
We currently have agencies running our Google Ads, Meta, SEO, and website rebuild. What's missing is the leadership layer between the founder and those vendors — the person who:
- Manages our agency partners and holds them accountable to outcomes
- Owns the marketing dashboard and reporting
- Translates business priorities into clear marketing direction across service lines and locations
- Brings decisions and recommendations to the founder, not just open questions

What you'll own
- Agency management. Manage current and future external partners (Google Ads, Meta, SEO, website, content). Run weekly accountability cadences, ensure deliverables are met, escalate when they're not.
- Marketing dashboard and reporting. Build and maintain a single source\-of\-truth dashboard covering lead volume, source attribution, conversion at each funnel stage, cost per lead, and cost per acquisition — broken out by service line and location.
- Strategic translation. Take business priorities from the founder (e.g., "grow KAP," "expand USVI presence," "increase Spravato volume") and translate them into marketing direction for our agency partners.
- Service\-line and location coordination. Ensure marketing strategy reflects the differences between psychiatry, KAP, Spravato, and functional medicine — and between our Iowa and USVI locations.
- Decision recommendations. Bring the founder clear recommendations with data behind them, not open questions. Examples: "FPC isn't hitting milestones, here's what I'd do." "Beyond's website rebuild is on track, here's the next priority."
- Vendor evaluation and selection. When an agency relationship needs to change, you lead the evaluation and selection of the next partner.
- Compliance awareness. Maintain awareness of healthcare marketing compliance constraints (HIPAA, Google's restricted\-drug\-term policies for ketamine, LegitScript, etc.).
What we're looking for
- 3\+ years managing marketing operations, agencies, or vendor relationships — ideally in healthcare, wellness, or a regulated industry
- Strong analytical skills with comfort building and interpreting dashboards (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CRM data)
- Proven ability to manage external agencies and hold them accountable to deliverables
- Excellent written communication — you bring clarity, not noise
- Self\-directed and decisive — comfortable bringing recommendations rather than waiting for direction
- Bonus: healthcare or behavioral health experience, multi\-location experience, KAP/Spravato/functional medicine familiarity, or experience with restricted\-category advertising
What we offer
- $55,000–$80,000/year full\-time, OR $3,000–$5,000/month fractional (20–25 hours/week)
- Remote\-friendly; Cedar Rapids local preferred but not required
