About This Role

YOU MUST HAVE
- 5 or more years of experience in Sales/Commercial, sales operations or a related field
- Knowledge of sales forecasting and pipeline management
Experience with sales tools and CRM systems

- Work with cross\-functional teams to develop and implement sales processes and strategies
- Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement
- Facilitate the sales team in achieving their targets and objectives
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales operations
- Provide guidance and facilitate sales forecasting and pipeline management
- Partner with North America sales leadership to derive insights to help shape the business and coach the sales team
