Sr Director, Sales Operations

About This Role

This exciting Sr. Director position is the Sales Operations Leader for D\&S, reporting directly to the D\&S President. This is a multifaceted position that will be responsible for overseeing and managing several organizations that contribute to D\&S growth; Proposal Operations, Technical Sales, and the Authorization Owner Center of Excellence (AO COE). In this role, you will be challenged to achieve key performance metrics and build strong relationships and partnerships with customer business teams, GBE GMs, Sales Excellence, Pricing, Sourcing and other functional groups in order to position Honeywell for long term positive growth. This position requires strong leadership skills, executive presence, and extensive knowledge of our product lines and key processes. As a member of the D\&S Leadership Team, you will coordinate activities with other functions across the multiple regions to focus on growth and achieve overall business results.
