Deal Desk Analyst

About This Role

Deal Desk Analyst provides daily financial modeling for evaluation of all market development opportunities. This includes capital, revenue, and expense analysis to provide leadership with accurate financial models to allow for deal evaluation. This role will be responsible for supporting all lines of business including residential, commercial, and non\-standard segments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive daily financial evaluation of property specific opportunities and provide an accurate depiction of future IRR and ROIC.

• Comprehend and evaluate all drivers into models for validity and maintain drivers as business conditions change.

• Develop individual and portfolio financial return models depending on business needs.

• Communicate financial and strategic returns to leadership team for decision making.

• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, economics, or finance.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in a similar position required.
• Expert with Excel and other financial applications and database management skills a plus.
• Proven experience in managing multiple priorities and tasks.
• Exceptional oral communication and writing skills.
• Excellent organizational and attention to detail.
• A team\-oriented self\-starter with strong attention to detail and a focus on meeting deadlines.
