About the Role

iBeAuthentic is seeking a Marketing Operations Supervisor to lead our Graphic Design and Digital Marketing Administration teams. In this role, you will oversee day\-to\-day operations, optimize workflows, develop team members, and ensure the timely execution of digital marketing initiatives for our clients. This position is ideal for a collaborative leader who enjoys improving processes, leveraging technology, and helping teams succeed.

What You'll Do

• Supervise the Graphic Design and Digital Marketing Administration teams.
• Manage daily workflow, priorities, and resource allocation.
• Ensure digital marketing campaigns are launched accurately and on schedule.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members through regular feedback and performance management.
• Collaborate with Marketing Strategy to prioritize projects and deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and AI\-driven efficiencies.
• Monitor KPIs, workload distribution, and department performance.
• Provide hands\-on operational support when needed to meet deadlines.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or project management (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with digital marketing platforms, project management software, and e\-commerce systems.
• Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Adobe Creative Suite, ClickUp, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment.
