Working alongside senior sales leaders, you'll identify what separates good from great, build programmes

helping shape the capability, performance and future readiness. help our teams embrace the AI\-powered tools and behaviours that are changing how modern revenue organisations operate.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales leaders to unlock performance and accelerate growth across the Americas.
• Design and deliver enablement programmes that improve productivity, increase win rates and help people reach their potential faster.
• Champion modern sales excellence through coaching, methodology adoption and manager development.
• Be at the forefront of AI innovation, helping revenue teams embrace new technologies that transform how they prospect, engage, forecast and win.
• Translate business strategy into practical, measurable actions that drive commercial outcomes.
• Work closely with RevOps, Product and Marketing to ensure our teams are always equipped to succeed.

Skills and Experience

We're looking for someone who combines commercial thinking with a passion for developing people.

You might come from Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Sales Leadership or a Commercial Excellence background, but what matters most is your ability to influence, inspire and drive measurable impact.
