We are seeking a dynamic and detail\-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team and drive efficiency across our sales functions. Duties

  • Manage and maintain sales data within CRM platforms such as Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all records
  • Develop and update dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools to visualize sales performance metrics and identify growth opportunities
  • Conduct comprehensive data analysis to support business analysis initiatives, including forecasting sales trends and identifying process improvements
  • Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to streamline sales processes and implement best practices for efficiency
  • Support project management activities related to sales initiatives, including planning, tracking progress, and reporting outcomes
  • Utilize SQL and other data querying tools to extract insights from large datasets for strategic decision\-making
  • Create detailed process diagrams using Visio to document workflows and identify areas for optimization

Requirements

  • Proven experience with data analysis skills, business analysis, and analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and experience integrating data across platforms
  • Excellent business intelligence skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and present clear insights
  • Demonstrated project management capabilities with a focus on process improvement initiatives
  • Knowledge of sales processes, forecasting techniques, and business analysis methodologies
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
