About This Role We're looking for a Marketing and Sales Operations Specialist to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. You'll play a key role in improving our sales and marketing processes, from creating marketing content and keeping our website inventory current to managing leads, trailer moves, and the back-end of the sales process. What You'll Do

• Develop and implement strategies to improve lead generation and conversion rates
• Create marketing materials, including social media posts, blog posts, and print materials
• Maintain an inventory of marketing materials and coordinate new material as needed
• Keep website trailer inventory current and accurate
• Manage outside vendors for printing, apparel, and promotional items
• Analyze and report on market trends and competitor activity to support business decisions
• Support CRM tools and processes to drive sales and marketing growth
• Compile daily lead lists and assign them to the sales team
• Coordinate with transportation vendors to assign and track trailer moves from the plant
• Work with insurance companies to file claims for new trailers damaged in transit and damaged rental trailers
• Enter trailer details, sales figures, and other key data accurately
• Maintain an organized filing system for sales and administrative staff
• Support the management team and sales staff as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of operations experience in transportation, logistics, or heavy equipment preferred
• Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver financial results
• Strong analytical skills; able to evaluate data and use it to make decisions
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• CDL and mechanical knowledge a plus

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged sitting, standing, and walking
• Frequent use of hands, and reaching with arms and hands
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 lbs
• Ability to read, communicate verbally and in writing, and follow instructions
