Maintain the sales pipeline ? track and report across gov, schools, police \& fire, challenge coin, and wholesale accounts; catalog all new items with images, pricing, and quotes on the appropriate trackers.

Own trade show execution ? handle all pre\- and post\-show logistics, coordination, materials, and follow\-up.

Build sales presentations and materials ? produce polished, customer\-ready decks, proposals, and collateral from rough inputs for the sales team; keep all sales materials current.

Track action items to completion ? manage follow\-ups across the sales team and ensure timely closure.

Coordinate the sales calendar ? schedule meetings, customer visits, presentations, and sales travel agendas.

Process sales documents ? handle sales orders, quotations, and related documentation accurately.

Coordinate cross\-functionally ? interface with finance, production, purchasing, logistics, and customer service on sales\-related matters.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

Advanced Excel ? builds and maintains trackers, pivot tables, and clean reporting from raw data (not just data entry).
