Job Description
The Product Enablement Specialist supports the Better Benefits initiative by developing, maintaining, and delivering enablement materials that help internal teams, brokers, and partners understand how Better Benefits works, how to position it, and how to support it through launch and ongoing phases. This role focuses on execution and adoption, translating complex product and program details into clear, usable guidance for frontline teams.
Core Job Duties
- Create and maintain enablement materials for Better Benefits, including training decks, FAQs, talk tracks, one\-pagers, and reference guides.
- Translate product capabilities, phased rollout details, and support models into clear, practical content.
- Keep enablement materials current as products, vendors, and processes evolve.
- Support Sales, Broker Success, and Client Success teams with consistent positioning and messaging.
- Prepare sales\-ready assets explaining value propositions, target segments, eligibility, and use cases.
- Assist with common questions and objection handling.
- Support internal training sessions related to launches, pilots, and new product additions.
- Package and distribute enablement materials ahead of launches.
- Update FAQs and reference materials post\-launch.
- Assist with partner\- and vendor\-facing enablement materials in collaboration with Insurance Services and Marketing.
- Support onboarding documentation as new vendors are added.
- Gather feedback from frontline teams.
- Document recurring questions and gaps.
- Make incremental improvements to enablement materials.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in product or sales enablement, training, or go\-to\-market support
- Strong communication and content development skills
- Experience in benefits, insurance, SaaS, or HR technology preferred
