About This Role
We're looking for a hands\-on GTM Engineer to join our growing team and become a key contributor across Salesforce, HubSpot, RevOps, and automation initiatives.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving CRM and automation challenges while working across a variety of B2B SaaS environments.
You'll partner closely with leadership, developers, RevOps consultants, and client stakeholders to build and improve the systems that drive revenue operations.
We're looking for someone who is equally comfortable troubleshooting a Salesforce ↔ HubSpot sync issue, building automation workflows, improving CRM data quality, and helping clients create scalable operational processes.
Responsibilities
- Build and optimize workflows in Salesforce and HubSpot
- Configure lifecycle stages, lead scoring models, lead routing, and automation logic
- Troubleshoot Salesforce ↔ HubSpot synchronization issues and data inconsistencies
- Create and maintain CRM architecture including custom fields, objects, and automation workflows
- Manage CRM data cleanup, deduplication, migrations, and reporting accuracy
- Design and support integrations with tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clay, Clearbit, Chili Piper, and similar GTM platforms
- Build API\-driven integrations and workflow automations
- Create dashboards and reporting to support revenue operations initiatives
- Support multiple client environments while maintaining high\-quality execution
- Leverage AI\-assisted tools to improve efficiency and accelerate delivery
Qualifications Required
- Experience working within Salesforce and HubSpot
- Experience building CRM workflows, automations, and integrations
- Understanding of RevOps, CRM architecture, and go\-to\-market processes
- Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and data synchronization
- Strong troubleshooting and problem\-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment
Preferred
- Experience supporting B2B SaaS organizations
- Experience within a consulting, agency, RevOps, or marketing operations environment
- Experience with Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clearbit, or Chili Piper
- Familiarity with Zapier, n8n, Make, or similar automation platforms
- Basic scripting experience using JavaScript or Python
- Experience using AI\-assisted tools such as Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, or Gemini
