JunkStart is the first and only pay\-by\-weight junk removal franchise in America. We're a fast\-scaling brand on a mission to build the largest and most trusted junk removal company in the galaxy, and we need help building the national Revenue Center that feeds every franchisee in the system.
The Role
This is a sales leadership role, not a customer service management role. You will own the inside sales and booking function end\-to\-end for the entire franchise system: people, performance, AI calibration, KPIs, and results.
You'll build it. You'll run it. You'll take calls yourself, ongoing. You'll hire and lead the team. Voice AI is a teammate, not a replacement, and you'll manage both to the same standard.
Reports to the Founder \& CEO. In\-office in San Antonio.
What You'll Own
- Speed\-to\-lead, booking rate, conversion rate, and full\-funnel performance
- Voice AI program management, calibration, and ongoing improvement
- Hiring, training, and managing human agents as the system scales
- QA program, call scripts, and agent performance
- Full SME on our tech stack (telephony, conversational AI, CRM, attribution)
- B2C inbound, B2B inbound and outbound call support
- Weekly Revenue Center reporting to the Operations department
What We're Looking For
- 5\+ years running a contact center, inside sales team, or revenue operations function
- Hands\-on operator: you've taken the calls, written the scripts, run QA reviews, and made the hard calls when performance wasn't there
- AI\-fluent: you use AI tools daily, and you've worked with or managed voice AI
- A builder: you've stood something up from scratch or rebuilt something broken, with numbers to back it up
- Strong opinions about KPIs
- Comfortable in ambiguity; the playbook isn't finished
- Long\-horizon: you want to be here for 5\+ years and grow with the brand from 2 to 200\+ locations
Nice to Have
- Franchise system experience (franchisor\-side)
- Home services, blue\-collar services, or trades industry experience
