Overview

Our client is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to support pricing strategy, pipeline analytics, and commercial performance initiatives during a key transformation period across the organization. This role partners closely with senior sales leadership and stakeholders supporting enterprise\-level commercial strategy and operational improvement efforts.

This environment maintains a high analytical bar with strong expectations for ownership, execution, and attention to detail . The position offers meaningful exposure to executive\-level decision making and the opportunity to contribute directly to initiatives tied to measurable business performance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own pricing analytics across the business (win/loss trends, margin performance, customer profitability, price realization)
• Build and maintain pipeline forecasting models and commercial performance dashboards
• Partner with Sales leadership to quantify EBITDA\-impacting levers (pricing discipline, mix optimization, productivity improvements)
• Support value\-creation workstreams alongside the PE sponsor, including 100\-day plan initiatives and board\-level reporting

Deliver executive\-ready analytics supporting GTM strategy and commercial decision\-making *

Required Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in:
• Revenue Operations
• Sales Operations
• Commercial Finance / FP\&A
• Pricing Analytics
• Consulting (Big 4 strongly preferred)
• Investment Banking (select candidates)
• Advanced Excel expertise required (complex modeling, Power Query, pivot architecture, scenario builds from scratch)
• Strong ability to translate analytics into actionable business insights
• Experience supporting PE\-backed environments or value\-creation initiatives preferred
• Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Economics, Analytics preferred)
