Job Description

King Solomon Foods is an established wholesale food distributor based in Brooklyn, NY. We serve a wide range of food businesses throughout the New York metro area and are looking for a Pricing \& Sales Operations Manager to support our continued growth.

This is a hands\-on role for someone who is organized, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast\-moving wholesale distribution environment. The right candidate will work closely with ownership, purchasing, sales, office staff, and warehouse operations to help support daily business activity, internal reporting, product information, customer account organization, and sales operations.

Experience in wholesale food, meat, poultry, seafood, produce, grocery, restaurant supply, or foodservice distribution is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily sales, purchasing, and operations workflows
• Help maintain customer, product, and pricing information in company systems
• Review sales, purchasing, and product reports for accuracy
• Assist with customer account organization and internal follow\-up
• Help prepare reports for management review
• Coordinate with office, warehouse, purchasing, and sales staff on product availability and customer needs
• Assist with item setup, customer records, and data cleanup
• Help track product movement, order trends, and account activity
• Support sales outreach with product lists, customer history, and internal reporting
• Work with accounting and AR staff as needed on customer account details
• Help improve internal processes and communication between departments
• Take on special projects related to reporting, systems, sales support, and operations

Qualifications

• Experience in wholesale food distribution or a related industry preferred
• Meat, poultry, seafood, produce, grocery, restaurant supply, or foodservice experience is a strong plus
• Strong Excel skills required
• Comfortable working with reports, spreadsheets, customer lists, and product data
• QuickBooks, ERP, inventory, or order management software experience preferred
• Detail\-oriented and organized
• Able to work in a fast\-paced environment
• Good communication skills
• Comfortable working with office staff, warehouse staff, purchasing, sales, and management
• Practical problem\-solver who can follow through on tasks
• Must be comfortable with early morning hours

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• Early morning start required
