Position Overview

The VP of Sales \& Revenue Operations will be responsible for driving rapid commercial growth across our products with a primary focus on expanding and optimizing our channel sales strategy through broadline distributors within the Life Sciences and Healthcare segments. This executive leader will own the execution of sales growth initiatives, Revenue Operations strategy, pipeline development, and team performance management. This role requires a highly execution focused “coach player” leader who combines strategic commercial leadership with hands on sales engagement. The ideal candidate will bring a strong professional sales pedigree, deep experience working through distribution channels, and proven expertise in Revenue Operations and consultative selling methodologies.The successful candidate will lead inside and outside sales teams while actively driving distributor engagement, managing complex opportunities, and building scalable growth processes across Life Sciences and Healthcare markets. This individual must be highly proficient in HubSpot and capable of leveraging CRM tools, dashboards, reporting, automation, and analytics to drive measurable commercial performance and accountability across the organization.This role requires a highly results oriented leader who thrives in a fast paced growth environment, actively manages pipeline performance, and drives accountability throughout the sales organization. Pipeline science, Revenue Operations discipline, and sustainable commercial growth are critical to success in this position. The VP of Sales \& Revenue Operations will play a critical role in strengthening executive level relationships with strategic distributor partners. This individual will be instrumental in expanding business within key accounts by maintaining trust, establishing rapport, and representing with a strong executive presence that reinforces the company’s reputation for service excellence and channel partnership.

Key Responsibilities Commercial Growth Leadership

Drive aggressive revenue growth through broadline distribution partners serving the Life Sciences and Healthcare markets Develop and execute strategic growth plans focused on increasing net new business, expanding distributor engagement, and growing market share

Strengthen and expand relationships with key distribution partners while identifying new channel opportunities across laboratory, healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical related segments Build executive level relationships with strategic distributor accounts to increase share of wallet, strengthen trust, and expand long term commercial partnerships

Lead complex consultative sales opportunities and support distributor sales organizations in driving customer success Position Thermco Products as a premium commercial partner through strong leadership, professionalism, service excellence, and execution

Leverage industry reputation, A\+ vendor scorecards, and differentiated customer service model to strengthen channel engagement and drive growth Partner with executive leadership to align commercial priorities with long term business objectives

Drive recurring revenue growth while increasing distributor engagement and end market penetrationRevenue Operations \& Pipeline Management Lead and optimize Revenue Operations processes to improve pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and sales execution

Serve as a highly capable HubSpot leader, utilizing CRM tools for pipeline management, sales activity tracking, forecasting, automation, and performance reporting Build dashboards, reporting structures, and KPI management systems to actively manage sales team performance and distributor growth initiatives

Utilize system automation and structured sales processes to improve lead conversion, recurring revenue growth, and commercial effectiveness Drive pipeline science discipline throughout the organization to ensure sustainable and predictable commercial growth

Actively manage the sales organization through analytics, reporting, and performance metrics to ensure execution and accountability Leverage HubSpot and RevOps infrastructure to improve customer acquisition, sales velocity, forecasting reliability, and recurring business growth

Develop scalable processes that enable the sales organization to execute efficiently while improving visibility into performance and opportunity managementSales Leadership \& Team Development Lead, mentor, and develop inside and outside sales executives within a “coach player” leadership model

Build strong followership through positive engagement, hands on leadership, and consistent communication Hold sales teams accountable to growth objectives, pipeline development, customer engagement, and execution standards

Participate directly in strategic distributor relationships and key commercial opportunities Recruit, develop, and retain high performing commercial talent aligned with our growth strategy

Foster a culture of urgency, ownership, professionalism, collaboration, and continuous improvement Provide hands on coaching and support while maintaining a strong performance driven environment

Lead by example with a roll up your sleeves mentality that drives credibility and execution across the organization

Qualifications Proven success in senior sales leadership roles with responsibility for driving rapid commercial growth through distribution channels

Strong background in Revenue Operations, CRM optimization, pipeline management, forecasting, and sales process leadership Demonstrated experience selling through broadline distributors and managing channel focused commercial strategies

Advanced proficiency with HubSpot including dashboards, reporting, automation, forecasting, and pipeline management Proven expertise in consultative selling and managing large, complex sales opportunities from prospecting through close

Track record of building and leading high performing sales organizations focused on accountability, execution, and measurable growth Strong analytical and operational mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable commercial strategies

Highly execution focused with a hands on, roll up your sleeves leadership style Exceptional communication, leadership, presentation, and organizational skills

Executive presence with the ability to establish credibility, trust, and rapport with strategic distributor partners and senior customer stakeholders Industry leadership experience within Life Sciences, Healthcare, laboratory environments, environmental monitoring, or regulated markets strongly preferred

Additional experience in data logger sales, metrology, temperature technologies, calibration solutions, or related technical product categories considered a strong advantage Demonstrated experience managing large strategic sales opportunities and distributor relationships

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
