About This Role

We are a woman\-owned, design\-driven lighting company based in Chicago, creating elevated holiday, Halloween, bistro, and permanent architectural lighting for high\-end residential and commercial clients for over 20 years.

We are looking for a highly organized, visually capable, and data\-driven Marketing Operations \& GHL Campaign Strategist to manage and execute our marketing across all channels.

This is a hybrid role for someone who understands systems, campaigns, and execution — and also has the ability to create clean, elevated marketing assets when needed.

You will not be responsible for writing copy. The vision, messaging, and direction come from the owner.

What You’ll Own

You will manage and coordinate all marketing execution across:

  • Go High Level (GHL) campaigns and automations
  • Social media scheduling and rollout
  • Email \+ SMS campaigns
  • Landing pages and funnels
  • Lead magnets and review campaigns
  • Chamber partnerships and e\-blasts
  • Campaign timelines, deliverables, and reporting

You will ensure everything is

  • launched on time
  • visually clean and aligned
  • properly implemented
  • connected to sales
  • tracked and optimized

Design \& Creative Execution (Required)

This role requires hands\-on design ability.

You must be able to

  • Create clean, elevated social media posts (Canva or similar)
  • Design simple but polished marketing graphics and flyers
  • Build and design landing pages inside GHL
  • Create or edit short\-form videos using AI or editing tools
  • Maintain a consistent, high\-end visual standard across all outputs

You will also

  • Direct and manage VAs/designers when additional support is needed
  • Step in and execute design work yourself when speed and flexibility are required

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and optimize campaigns inside Go High Level (GHL)
  • Clone, edit, and maintain funnels, automations, and workflows
  • Coordinate full campaign rollouts across multiple channels
  • Align social, email, SMS, and promotions into one cohesive execution plan
  • Manage marketing calendars, schedules, and deadlines
  • Track campaign performance and identify gaps or opportunities
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems
  • Monitor lead flow, follow\-up systems, and conversions
  • Ensure all marketing assets meet a clean, elevated brand standard
  • Coordinate and manage VAs or additional support resources

Required Experience

  • Fluent, professional English (written and verbal)
  • 5–10\+ years working with American companies or clients
  • Strong hands\-on experience with Go High Level (GHL) — REQUIRED
  • Proven experience managing full marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of funnels, automations, and lead generation
  • Ability to design marketing assets (Canva or similar)
  • Experience building landing pages and campaign workflows
  • Strong organizational and execution skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns at once
  • Strong understanding of how marketing connects to sales

Preferred Background

  • High\-end service\-based industries
  • (luxury real estate, architecture, interior design, hospitality, etc.)
  • Strong visual taste and understanding of elevated branding
  • Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, video tools)
  • Basic video editing skills
  • Experience managing or directing remote teamsWho This Role Is For
