About the Position
- Location: Full\-time, based in our Portsmouth, NH office.

We are looking for an entry\-level Sales Operations Coordinator to support our sales team in daily operations, with a strong focus on data entry and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone detail\-oriented and organized, who is looking to start their career in sales support and operations. Your contributions will ensure smooth sales processes and efficient customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate and up\-to\-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels in our CRM and other systems.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing quotes and managing customer accounts.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with various departments (Sales, Purchasing, and Accounting) to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
- Support the sales team in identifying potential leads and updating customer databases.
- Help organize and prepare for sales meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and follow\-up on action items.
- Provide assistance with marketing activities, such as coordinating promotional campaigns.
- Perform other sales support duties as required to contribute to the team's success.

Qualifications
- 1\-3 years of experience in customer service, data entry, or a related administrative role.
- Experience in sales support or the IT industry is a plus but not required.
- A college degree is preferred but not required.
