About the Position

  • Location: Full\-time, based in our Portsmouth, NH office.

We are looking for an entry\-level Sales Operations Coordinator to support our sales team in daily operations, with a strong focus on data entry and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone detail\-oriented and organized, who is looking to start their career in sales support and operations. Your contributions will ensure smooth sales processes and efficient customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate and up\-to\-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels in our CRM and other systems.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing quotes and managing customer accounts.
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with various departments (Sales, Purchasing, and Accounting) to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
  • Support the sales team in identifying potential leads and updating customer databases.
  • Help organize and prepare for sales meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and follow\-up on action items.
  • Provide assistance with marketing activities, such as coordinating promotional campaigns.
  • Perform other sales support duties as required to contribute to the team's success.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast\-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • A proactive attitude with a strong commitment to customer service and sales support.

Qualifications

  • 1\-3 years of experience in customer service, data entry, or a related administrative role.
  • Experience in sales support or the IT industry is a plus but not required.
  • A college degree is preferred but not required.
