Strategy \& Analytics Lead

Our Automotive division is building a best\-in\-class strategy and analytics function—focused on helping dealerships and automotive partners outperform the market through smarter data, sharper insights, and disciplined execution.
We’re looking for a Strategy \& Analytics Lead who thrives at the intersection of data, consulting, and performance marketing—someone who can turn complex information into clear, actionable business decisions.
What You’ll Do
Strategy \& Analytics Leadership
- Act as a trusted strategic advisor to clients and internal stakeholders
- Lead discovery conversations to uncover performance gaps and growth opportunities
- Translate complex datasets into clear, executive\-level insights and recommendations
GA4 \& Data Implementation
- Own and optimize GA4 implementations (events, conversions, funnels, attribution)
- Diagnose and resolve tracking and attribution issues
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across platforms
Client \& Sales Partnership
- Partner with sales teams to shape pre\-sale strategy and solution design
- Participate in client\-facing conversations and confidently influence stakeholders
- Use data storytelling to drive alignment and decision\-making
Performance \& Growth Development
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing and business performance
- Deliver structured analysis to support optimization and growth initiatives
- Contribute directly to client retention, expansion, and long\-term success
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5\+ years in analytics, strategy, consulting, or related roles
- Proven ability to drive business decisions in data\-rich environments
- Automotive industry experience is a plus—but not required
Technical Expertise
- Advanced experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4\)
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint
- Experience with CRM systems and attribution platforms
- Familiarity with BI tools and third\-party data sources preferred

Compensation \& Earnings
- Base salary \+ bonus potential!

The salary for this role will range between $55,000 and $70,000\. Base compensation is reflective of many factors, including, but not limited to, the market in which one lives/works, individual education level, skills, certifications and experience. Note: variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable.
