What You Will Do
As Director \- Sales Tech Enablement, LDB Aesthetics, you will be the strategic business owner of our sales tools and the primary liaison between the sales organization and IT. You drive system synergy by ensuring that the digital ecosystem (SFDC, SAP, PBI, FieldIQ) is optimized for commercial growth. You are responsible for translating business strategies into technical requirements to ensure our technology provides a competitive advantage for the field.
What We Are Looking For
- Strategic Sales Tech \& Data Enablement
- Platform Roadmap: Provide strategic oversight for core sales technology platforms (OneSFA, Better Connect, Partnershop, SAP, SFDC); lead the long term evolution and optimization of these tools to maximize business impact.
- Drive Strategic Unification: Develop needs for a high performing Salesforce that provides shared user profiles, cross brand data visibility, integrated PowerBI dashboards for LDB Aesthetics.
- Digital Innovation: Drive strategic digital innovation across sales operations; identify and implement emerging tech solutions to enhance rep productivity and customer engagement.
- Business System: Direct the technical management of B2b customer setup and master data integrity across all key systems. Serve as the lead business translator for LDB Aesthetics; define the functional requirements for sales tools to ensure IT builds are aligned with business priorities
- Advanced Analytics: Develop and maintain consistent, simplified reporting for LDB Aesthetics sales teams, leveraging KPIs and automated dashboards.
- Serve as the primary liaison between LDB Aesthetics and Corporate IT. Oversee the IT ticket management flow and technical support for reporting functions.
- Business \& Operational Excellence
- Tech Infrastructure: Enable the technical setup for monthly allocation processes and digital order forms.
- Inventory Automation: Ensure the technical reliability of the catalogue in OneSFA, automating updates where possible
- Transaction Flow: Design technical pathways for promotional activities and order processing to minimize errors.
- Sales Force \& Field Enablement
- Digital Adoption: Strategize and oversee tech platform updates and training for all sales platforms.
- Tooling Strategy: Ensure the sales field has the necessary digital tools and information through Salesforce task optimization
- Self\-Service Reporting: Create simplified, automated tools that allow the field to self\-serve their reporting needs.
- Team Leadership \& Strategic Synergy
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor the wide sales ops and field group on system proficiency and technical problem\-solving
- Global Alignment: Cultivate partnerships with global Aesthetics markets to expand and harmonize platform capabilities.
- Synergy Leadership: Drive a culture to create LDB Aesthetics synergistic execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 8\+ years of progressive experience, preferably in Sales Operations, CRM Strategy, or Business systems Management. Experience leading large\-scale digital transformations or brand integrations
- Proven track record of influencing cross\-functional leaders without direct authority.
- Expert\-level mastery of Salesforce, OneSFA, SAP. Ability to translate complex business strategies into functional technical requirements.
- Deep understanding of Master Data structures, system integrations, and CRM data hygiene.
- Expert in PowerBI and dashboard design; ability to architect automated reporting suites that drive executive decision making
- Strategic capability to build and execute a technical roadmap that aligns with divisional growth targets and global technical platform ambitions.
- Strong problem\-solving abilities and a talent for building consensus among diverse stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills with the ability to influence cross\-functional teams.
- Highly adaptable and flexible in a dynamic, fast\-paced environment.
