Overview
Master Halco: Fence \& Deck Supply, North America’s leading manufacturer/distributor of fence and deck products is seeking an experienced Revenue Operations Support Specialist.
The Revenue Operations Support Specialist plays a key operational role in maintaining system integrity, supporting retails programs, and enabling cross\-functional collaboration across the organization. This position is responsible for ERP and CRM data management, retail account administration, EDI processing, and compliance with internal controls, including JSOX requirements.
The ideal candidate is highly detail\-oriented, organized, and experienced working across multiple systems and stakeholder groups. This role interfaces regularly with retail merchants, branch teams, and internal departments including Marketing, Credit, and Training, and is expected to operate with a strong sense of urgency, sound judgment, and a commitment to data accuracy.

Responsibilities
Data \& Item Master Management* Create and maintain item numbers and item master records for new and existing product lines, supporting Marketing, Purchasing, and Sales
- Develop, apply, and enforce standardized naming conventions for item descriptions to ensure system consistency
- Generate Universal Product Codes (UPCs) for national accounts
- Maintain item master list accuracy through ongoing audits and special projects
Retail Program \& EDI Support* Support the retail sales program by processing Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) purchase order (PO) errors and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner
- Update product information within retail systems to ensure accuracy and alignment with current offerings
- Serve as a liaison between retail customers and Branch Sales Associates, facilitating clear and timely communication
Customer \& Stakeholder Support* Respond to customer inquiries via phone and electronic communication with professionalism and accuracy
- Maintain and update opportunities within CRM software to support Sales Associate follow\-up and pipeline visibility
- Conduct research using available tools to gather information on business profiles and product reviews as needed
Compliance \& Administrative Functions* Ensure all item creation and maintenance activities comply with JSOX guidelines and internal controls
- Prepare documentation and audit\-ready records for JSOX reviews as requested
- Execute routine administrative tasks supporting Revenue Operations, Sales, and Operations functions
- Support programs, promotions, and daily business operations through timely execution of assigned tasks
- Complete special projects assigned by Sales, Operations, or Revenue Operations leadership
- Adhere to all company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policies
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- High school graduate; some college preferred
- 1\-3\+ years of customer service experience
Required Skills and Abilities
- Strong customer service orientation with a proactive, solutions\-focused approach
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and time\-sensitive tasks with accuracy
- Ability to work cross\-functionally with branch operations and headquarters teams
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across written, verbal, and telephone channels
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); experience with ERP and CRM platforms required
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism in all interactions
