About This Role
What You'll Do
The Manager, Marketing Operations is a key member of the Marketing Operations team and a strategic partner to the Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) teams supporting the Marketing organization. This role is responsible for overseeing promotional review operations and ensuring that all marketing and promotional materials are reviewed, approved, and compliant with applicable industry regulations supporting the BridgeBio portfolio. This position reports to the Director of Marketing Operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage submission forecasts while facilitating prioritization across sponsors and agency partners.
- Implement promotional material submission strategies related to product launches, label updates, and other key initiatives.
- Create and maintain weekly reporting and analytics related to system performance and operational health.
- Conduct quarterly qualitative surveys and incorporate feedback into process improvements and workflow enhancements.
- Onboard and train new agencies, sponsors, and reviewers on systems and processes.
- Document key MLR decisions and outcomes, and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Serves as the "Brand steward" (i.e. consistency on items that require consistency \- logo, sign off language, etc.)
- Coordinate ordering, inventory management, drop shipments, and destruction of printed promotional materials.
- Brand Planning Project Management \& facilitation
Where You'll Work
This is a hybrid role requiring in\-office collaboration 2\-3 days per week at the company's San Francisco office.
Who You Are
- 3\+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, with a focus on promotional review processes.
• At least 2 years of hands\-on experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats, including workflow management, reporting, prior administrator responsibilities are a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast\-paced, dynamic, and evolving environment.
- Experience supporting drug launches and/or working in rare disease markets is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross\-functionally and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Familiaritywith regulatory submission requirements to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, including 2253 submissions.
Pay: $70\.00 \- $82\.00 per hour
