About This Role
The Revenue Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for owning and optimizing marketing operations, including CRM management, campaign execution, and performance reporting, while working cross\-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to improve pipeline generation and deal velocity.
The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing operations within a SaaS environment, a strong background in HubSpot and Salesforce, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. This individual should be comfortable operating in a fast\-paced, collaborative environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Own and manage the HubSpot instance, including workflows, segmentation, lead scoring, and automation
- Build, test, and deploy emails, landing pages, and nurture campaigns aligned to buyer journeys and ABM programs
- Manage database health, data governance, and integrations with Salesforce and other platforms
- Support campaign execution through data imports and Salesforce campaign management
- Ensure accurate marketing attribution, tracking, and reporting across campaigns and channels
- Define and document key operational processes, including campaign setup and reporting cadences
- Monitor campaign performance and conversion metrics; identify optimization opportunities
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting across HubSpot and Salesforce
- Analyze funnel performance to identify friction points and recommend improvements
- Track and report on cost per lead and lead\-to\-conversion metrics
- Support Sales with RevOps tools for pricing, quoting, and pipeline visibility
- Serve as a first point of contact for marketing and sales operational requests
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or a related role in a SaaS environment
- Hands\-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce
- Strong understanding of marketing automation, lead lifecycle management, and attribution
- Experience building reports and dashboards to measure performance
- Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills
- High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy
- Ability to work cross\-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps teams
- Experience with ABM platforms is a plus
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (flexible based on experience)
