Sales Operations Account Supervisor

About This Role

Duties and Responsibilities

• Providing backend support for the US Sales Team, including but not limited to quotation, ordering and logistics.
• Sourcing, buying, negotiating, and managing acquisitions of goods and services from suppliers.
• Planning, executing and overseeing multiple projects, and coordinating amongst internal departments, overseas teams, and clients to meet business goals.
• Communicating with stakeholders through corporate office software, calls, and in\-person interactions. Keeping clients and internal teams informed through regular updates including but not limited to forecasts, purchase order demands, and delivery schedules.
• Analyzing data and creating reports.
• Training new hires in domain knowledge, processes, and system operations.
• Other tasks that may be assigned by the manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related fields preferred
• 5\+ years of hands\-on experience in project\-based sales and/or sales management (computer hardware/data center industry is a plus)
• Mandarin speaking is a plus
• Ability to manage complex projects and coordinate multiple stakeholders
• Ability to multi\-task, work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
• Ability to communicate effectively in fluent oral, written, and presentation formats

Essential Skills \& Requirements

• Proficient in Excel, Words, and PowerPoint
• Understanding of Oracle ERP, Zoho CRM, and (Optional) JIRA
• Be able to attend late evening conference calls with overseas cross\-functional teams

Pay: $75,000\.00 \- $85,000\.00 per year
