About This Role

Kelly SETT Marketing is at an inflection point.

As the business continues to scale, marketing is being asked to play a more central role in driving pipeline, enabling cross\-sell, and accelerating growth across multiple high\-priority segments, including technology, digital infrastructure, engineering, and science.

We have strong foundational capabilities in place—including an established team, differentiated assets like Tech in Motion, and ongoing investments in digital and systems—but our current structure is not yet optimized to operate as a fully integrated growth engine.

We are looking for a Director of Growth \& Marketing Operations to help lead this next phase.

This role sits at the intersection of demand generation, digital performance, and marketing operations, with a clear mandate: to build the structure, systems, and execution model that enable marketing to drive consistent, measurable pipeline and revenue.

The Opportunity

This role is designed for someone who thrives in building and scaling—not just managing.

You will have the opportunity to

  • Shape how demand generation operates across a large, complex organization
  • Integrate campaigns, digital, events, and operations into a unified system
  • Activate existing assets (including a 300K\+ member Tech in Motion community) into measurable growth drivers
  • Introduce structure, prioritization, and clarity that improves execution speed and impact
  • Partner directly with senior marketing and business leadership to influence growth strategy. This is not a plug\-and\-play role. It is an opportunity to define and elevate how marketing works.

What You’ll Do \- Growth \& Demand Generation

  • Assist the head of SETT Marketing in driving a meaningful BU wide strategy and execution
  • Help lead and guide impact of integrated campaign strategy and execution across SETT
  • Drive pipeline generation through coordinated use of digital, field marketing, and events
  • Partner with segment marketing leaders to align campaigns to business priorities and growth segments
  • Establish repeatable, scalable campaign frameworks across specialties

Digital Performance

  • Own digital strategy across paid media, SEO, and conversion optimization
  • Optimize channel mix, performance, and investment allocation
  • Introduce testing, experimentation, and continuous performance improvement

Marketing Operations \& Execution

  • Oversee marketing operations, including campaign execution workflows, CRM alignment, and process standardization
  • Establish clear operating rhythms:

? campaign planning

? prioritization

? execution tracking

  • Improve visibility, coordination, and speed across the marketing organization

Tech in Motion (Flagship Platform)

  • Integrate Tech in Motion into the broader demand generation strategy
  • Evolve it into a scalable, measurable growth engine
  • Connect community engagement and events to pipeline and revenue outcomes

Team Leadership

  • Lead a cross\-functional team spanning:

? campaigns and creative

? digital and performance

? field marketing and events

? marketing operations

  • Create clarity in roles, ownership, and performance expectations
  • Enable the team to operate more effectively and at scale

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience leading demand generation, growth marketing, or marketing operations in a complex B2B environment
  • Strong digital marketing expertise (paid media, SEO, performance optimization)
  • Proven ability to build and scale marketing programs, processes, and teams
  • Comfort operating across both strategy and execution
  • A data\-driven mindset with a focus on pipeline, performance, and outcomes
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive alignment across functions
