SUMMARY: The Sales Enablement Specialist acts as a key connection point between the sales and sales enablement teams, administering key sales and marketing tools; developing and executing to ensure effective use of all relevant sales tools. This role will work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop prospect lists that align with the go\-to\-market strategy of the business to enable marketing campaigns and account\-based selling initiatives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and administer sales and marketing tools including customer relationship management (HubSpot), content management (TBD), lead prospecting (ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, etc.).
  • Develop training and guides for effective usage of key sales tools, including onboarding and ongoing education.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop customer target lists and identify key contacts.
  • Assist with other sales enablement and marketing activities as needed, including events, campaigns, and communications.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related strongly preferred; equivalent experience considered
  • 1\+ years of B2B Sales or Marketing experience required
  • Prior CRM and sales tools management experience
  • Familiarity with industry standard lead prospecting tools
  • Customer\-focused mindset
  • Strong problem\-solving skills

  • Requires travel using all modes of transportation.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Minimal noise.
  • Our Minnesota facility includes a manufacturing environment. Moderate noise level. Machinery operation requires the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to; safety glasses, hearing protection, wrist and shoe straps, and ESD smock. Loose fitting clothing and jewelry are not permitted. No food is allowed in the manufacturing area. No cell phone use allowed in manufacturing area unless approved by management.
