About This Role

Nacmias Law Firm is a boutique NYC litigation practice handling OATH/ECB defense, landlord\-tenant matters, and commercial disputes. We have a strong, steady flow of inbound leads from our website, Google Ads, and referrals, and intake managers.

We're looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to build the system layer behind it: pipeline tracking, automated routing and follow\-up, source\-level attribution, and the playbook our intake team runs on.

You'll work directly with the firm's principals, with real ownership over the revenue engine. This is a systems role, not a quota\-carrying sales job: you won't be working leads yourself. You'll design and build the machine, then train and equip the existing team that runs it. The work is varied: CRM implementation, automation, funnel analytics, process design, and team enablement.

Our stack

  • N8N automations, Airtable, Multi\-platform integrations
  • GA4, Google Ads, call tracking, website intake forms
  • Next.js web platform with custom intake pipelines (in\-house dev support available to build what you design)
  • CRM: to be selected and implemented by you
  • Anthropic Claude and OpenAI for workflow automation

What we're looking for

  • Experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or growth operations
  • You've personally implemented and administered a CRM and built the automations inside it: routing rules, follow\-up sequences, lead scoring. Tell us which tools and what improved.
  • Fluent in funnel math: contact rate, conversion rate, speed\-to\-lead, cost per signed client, and how to instrument and move each one
  • Strong with automation platforms (N8N, Zapier, or Make) and comfortable in Airtable and spreadsheets
  • You've trained a team on a process you built, not just built systems in isolation
  • Clear written communicator: your playbooks and documentation are what 12 people will work from
  • Bonus: legal, medical, home services, insurance, or another high\-volume inbound services business
