About This Role
As a senior leader at Nasdaq, you will be accountable for shaping and executing the creative strategy that powers our Global Listings sales organization. This role requires a proven ability to lead high\-performing teams, establish scalable workflows, and deliver world\-class pitch materials that translate Nasdaq's value proposition into compelling narratives for prospective issuers in complex, regulated markets.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team responsible for producing hundreds of pitch decks and sales collateral annually, ensuring consistent quality and brand alignment across all deliverables.
- Own the end\-to\-end creative strategy for Listings Sales, partnering with Sales Directors to translate deal context and market insights into persuasive, narrative\-driven presentations.
- Build and manage scalable, tech\-enabled workflows that balance high\-volume production demands with exceptional quality standards.
- Champion innovation by evaluating and implementing AI tools, automation platforms, and emerging technologies to accelerate production and enhance creative output.
- Establish and enforce storytelling frameworks, design standards, and brand guidelines that become the benchmark for how Nasdaq communicates its listings value proposition.
- Drive continuous improvement by gathering feedback from sales stakeholders and iterating on processes to increase pitch effectiveness and team efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 10\+ years of experience in creative strategy, sales enablement, marketing operations, or related fields, with demonstrated expertise in visual storytelling and presentation design.
- 4\+ years of people management experience leading creative or content teams in fast\-paced, high\-volume environments.
- Exceptional design and narrative skills with a strong portfolio demonstrating pitch deck creation and persuasive visual communication.
- Deep expertise in presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva, or similar platforms) and proven ability to build modular, scalable content libraries.
- Strong project management capabilities with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple high\-stakes requests simultaneously.
- Track record of partnering effectively with sales teams to develop insight\-driven, client\-facing content that drives business outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building or deploying AI\-powered content generation, design automation, or workflow orchestration solutions.
- Familiarity with capital markets, financial services, or the IPO and listings ecosystem.
- Background in high\-volume content production environments with demonstrated ability to scale operations through technology and process innovation.
This position will be located in New York, NY and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 4 days a week in\-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

The base pay range for this role is $125,000 \- $244,000\. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short\-term incentive), and equity (long\-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth.
