Position Summary
The Sr/Lead Sales Operations Analyst\-Commissions plays a key role in supporting NeuWave Medical’s mission to improve patient outcomes through innovative medical device technologies. This position is responsible for as the primary owner of global sales compensation design, administration, and analytics across our medical device and robotics portfolio. Commission strategy and incentive plan excellence are the core of this role, complemented by Salesforce CRM funnel management that keeps pipeline data clean and commission\-relevant. This individual will work cross\-functionally with finance, sales, and HR to optimize growth of the commercial business.
Key Accountabilities
Sales Compensation \& Commission Administration (Primary Focus)
- Design, model, and administer global commission and incentive plans across medical device and robotics, covering field sales, clinical specialists, and strategic account managers.
- Own the full commission cycle from plan creation, quota\-setting, accelerator structures, SPIFs, dispute resolution, and payout processing.
- Implement and manage commission software and ensure SOX/ASC 606 compliance across all geographies.
CRM Funnel Management \& Pipeline Analytics (Supporting Focus)
- Support Salesforce CRM pipeline hygiene, opportunity management, forecasting, and commission\-relevant data integrity to ensure compensation calculations are grounded in accurate funnel data.
Global Reporting, Analytics \& Stakeholder Collaboration
- Deliver executive\-level commission and performance reporting across all global territories (EMEA, APAC, LATAM, North America) and support Finance with predictive accrual modeling.
Sales Operations \& Go\-to\-Market Effectiveness
- Own territory design and annual quota\-setting processes in partnership with Finance and Commercial Leadership, ensuring alignment between market opportunity, headcount, and revenue targets.
- Define, document, and continuously improve end\-to\-end sales processes—from lead routing and opportunity stages to close and handoff—to reduce friction and accelerate deal velocity.
- Develop and maintain KPI scorecards and rep\-level productivity metrics (win rate, ramp time, ACV, pipeline coverage ratio) to inform coaching, headcount planning, and go\-to\-market strategy.
Education, Experience \& Skills
- B.S./B.A. in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 7–12\+ years in sales compensation, sales operations, or commercial analytics, with at least 3 years of global scope in medical device, medtech, or robotics.
- Working proficiency in Salesforce CRM: dashboards, workflow/Flow, funnel management, and pipeline analytics sufficient to maintain commission\-relevant data integrity.
- Hands\-on experience with commission platforms and advanced Excel/data modeling skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in quota\-setting, accelerator design, MBO frameworks, and multi\-currency global compensation structures.
- Solid understanding of SOX compliance, ASC 606, and audit requirements as they relate to commission expense.

- Familiarity with robotic surgery or capital equipment commercial models.
- Proficiency in SQL and/or Python for data extraction and commission auditing; Tableau or Power BI visualization skills.
