About North Star Group
North Star Group is a fast\-growing healthcare organization dedicated to delivering exceptional patient experiences across multiple service lines and clinic locations. We are building the infrastructure to support significant expansion — including new clinics, brands, and future MSO partnerships — and are looking for a driven growth operator to help lead that journey.
Role Overview
The Growth \& Marketing Operations Manager will lead the execution and optimization of North Star Group's patient acquisition and growth initiatives. This role uniquely combines marketing, analytics, technology, and operations to ensure prospective patients move efficiently from awareness to consultation to treatment.
The position will own marketing systems, CRM management, reporting, vendor relationships, digital assets, and growth projects — working closely with leadership to support new service lines, clinic expansion, and future MSO partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Acquisition \& Funnel Management
- Manage and optimize patient acquisition funnels across all service lines
- Monitor conversion rates at each stage from lead to consultation to treatment
- Identify and address bottlenecks that limit patient throughput
CRM \& Marketing Technology
- Own CRM platforms, marketing automation, and lead management systems
- Ensure data integrity, pipeline visibility, and actionable reporting
- Evaluate and implement new tools that support scalable growth
Digital Marketing \& Vendor Management
- Coordinate digital marketing initiatives, website updates, and agency relationships
- Manage vendor performance, contracts, and deliverable quality
- Oversee paid media, SEO, and organic growth channels in collaboration with partners
Analytics \& Reporting
- Track and report growth KPIs including leads, consultations, procedures, and marketing ROI
- Build dashboards and reporting infrastructure for leadership visibility
- Support physician referral growth through analytics and outreach infrastructure
Growth Projects \& Expansion
- Lead marketing and growth\-related projects from concept through implementation
- Assist with launching new clinics, brands, and service lines
- Build scalable growth systems and processes that support future expansion
- Support MSO partnership development with growth data, playbooks, and infrastructure
What We're Looking For
We are seeking a marketing\-minded operator who combines strong project management and analytical skills with hands\-on experience in lead generation, CRM systems, digital marketing, and growth strategy. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable in a spreadsheet and a strategy meeting — someone who enjoys both creative problem\-solving and operational execution, and who thrives in a fast\-growing, entrepreneurial environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in growth marketing, marketing operations, or a closely related field
- Demonstrated proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Experience managing digital marketing vendors, agencies, or campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into decisions
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast\-paced, ambiguous, and entrepreneurial environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, medical practice, or a patient\-facing services environment
- Familiarity with MSO or multi\-site healthcare operations
- Background in marketing automation and performance reporting
- Experience launching new locations, brands, or service lines
Long\-Term Opportunity
This role is positioned to grow significantly with the organization. The long\-term objective is to build and scale a repeatable growth platform supporting multiple clinic locations, new service lines, and future MSO partnerships — with measurable patient and referral growth as the scorecard. High performers will have the opportunity to grow into a Senior Director of Growth or VP of Marketing Operations role as the company scales.
