As the Senior Specialist \- Marketing Operations, you will centralize and elevate key operational workflows and resource systems across the North America marketing organization. Reporting to the Head of Marketing Management, AMER on the Marketing Management team, you will establish seamless processes that connect regional priorities with global strategy, driving continuous operational improvements to support On's growth.
Your Mission
- Own the end\-to\-end operational execution for marketing seed product, managing forecasting across channels and coordinating with supply chain partners to secure product availability
- Develop and maintain centralized information resources, onboarding processes, and internal documentation on the NA marketing team intranet to establish a single source of truth
- Design and implement cross\-functional information flows, connecting regional marketing initiatives with global functional partners to ensure alignment
- Centralize, develop, and document best practices for procurement and contract management in collaboration with legal and finance teams
- Evaluate existing operational systems continuously, adapting tools and frameworks to balance day\-to\-day stability with the realities of a hyper\-growth environment
- Build structured tracking mechanisms using tools like Asana, Jira, Slack, Dropbox, and Google Drive to monitor campaign timelines, deliverable dependencies, and operational milestones across regional marketing functions
Your story
- You bring 5\+ years of functional experience in marketing project management, brand production, or studio operations within a fast\-paced retail or consumer goods environment
- Expertise in managing operational workflows using enterprise tools such as Asana, Jira, Slack, Dropbox, and Google Drive
- Demonstrated track record of designing scalable information systems, centralizing intranet resources, and mapping cross\-functional processes
- Experience navigating contract and procurement workflows in partnership with cross\-functional stakeholders to streamline vendor management
- Strong critical thinking skills and a bias towards action, leading through changing circumstances and integrating new ideas from a range of sources without stalling forward progress

As marketing experts, we lead campaigns from briefing to debrief, ensuring seamless launches aligned with brand and business objectives. Our high\-performing team—spanning project, studio, and campaign managers—combines strategic thinking, operational excellence, and creative problem\-solving. In close partnership with creative, strategy, product, and community teams, we deliver best\-in\-class consumer experiences across digital, retail, and experiential channels, continually pushing boundaries season after season.

Typical cash compensation range for this position inclusive of base \+ bonus: $110,000 \- $140,000\. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate including experience, industry knowledge, qualifications, skill set, and location. Certain roles may be eligible for equity compensation in addition to cash compensation.
