About the Role

The RevOps Analyst \- Marketing is a strategic business partner role sitting at the intersection of Marketing, Revenue Operations, and the systems that power both.

You are not the HubSpot administrator; that responsibility sits with our Systems team, but what you are, is the bridge: the individual who deeply understands our MarTech capabilities, shows up to every key marketing meeting with empirical data and a point of view, and translates business needs into clear, well\-scoped requests that the Systems team can act on. This role requires genuine strategic instincts paired with technical depth.

At its best, this role makes Marketing smarter about what the technology can do, makes Systems more effective by arriving with well\-defined requirements, and gives RevOps leadership a reliable signal on how the marketing engine is actually performing. Campaign execution is part of the job, but the bigger contribution is performance: obsessing over the funnel, inspecting what we expect, identifying problems before they surface, and using a test\-driven approach to continuously improve what is working and eliminate what is not.

Your Immediate Impact

  • Strategic Business Partnership: Attend key Marketing planning and strategy meetings as a standing participant to bring data and platform intelligence into conversations proactively.
  • MarTech Intelligence: Know the full MarTech stack deeply, staying ahead of HubSpot updates and identifying where existing tools are being underutilized.
  • Systems Liaison: Serve as the marketing\-side liaison to Systems, turning marketing goals into well\-scoped requirements, catching misconfigurations, and QAing builds before they ship.
  • Analytics \& Attribution: Own marketing performance reporting in HubSpot and Metabase, including multi\-touch attribution tied to pipeline and revenue.
  • A/B Testing: Design and run structured A/B tests across campaigns, audiences, and channels to systematically document and apply what moves the needle.

Success Metrics

  • Funnel performance execution across metrics including open rates, conversion rates, drop\-off points, source quality, and campaign ROI.
  • Technical scoping excellence, demonstrated by delivering clear, well\-scoped technical requirements that allow the Systems team to act quickly and error\-free.
  • System deployment quality, evaluated by catching logic errors, automation gaps, and performing successful QA validation before campaign builds ship.
  • The creation and adoption of self\-serve dashboards that ensure stakeholders have accurate data quality without waiting on custom reports.

Who You Are

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 3\+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or a MarTech\-focused business partner or analyst role.
  • HubSpot Competency: Deep working knowledge of HubSpot with the ability to critically read and evaluate workflow logic, lifecycle configurations, and automation architecture.
  • Technical Requirements Scoping: Proven ability to write well\-scoped technical requirements for a HubSpot admin team and QA the output.
  • Data\-Driven Influence: Strong analytical mindset and proven ability to use empirical data to build a point of view, analyze funnel performance, build attribution models, and influence strategy.
  • A/B Testing Management: Experience designing and managing A/B testing programs with structured hypotheses, clean execution, and documented learnings.
  • Cross\-Functional Relationship Building: Experience working cross\-functionally as a business partner, building trust with stakeholders who have varying technical fluencies and priorities.
  • Tooling Architecture: Familiarity with multi\-tool MarTech stacks, cross\-platform dependencies, and strong working knowledge of Metabase or comparable BI tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • HubSpot certifications preferred.
  • Experience working alongside or within a systems/admin team, with an understanding of how to scope and prioritize technical requests effectively.
  • Experience with sales engagement platforms and their role in the broader revenue tech stack.
  • Knowledge of UTM governance frameworks and multi\-touch attribution methodologies.
  • Familiarity with B2C lead lifecycle stages and ICP\-based segmentation.
  • Exposure to HubSpot custom object modeling and complex data architecture.
  • Background in B2C or B2B SaaS, RevOps consulting, or a high\-growth startup environment where influence matters more than authority.

This Role Will Excite You IF

  • You enjoy having genuine strategic instincts paired with technical depth.
  • You know HubSpot well enough to be dangerous—meaning you can spot misconfigurations and identify what is possible without needing to run day\-to\-day admin.
  • You love obsessing over the funnel, inspecting what we expect, and running a test\-driven approach to continuous improvement.
  • You take pride in knowing the numbers before anyone asks and bringing a specific recommendation rather than just a data summary.

Team \& Autonomy

This role earns its seat at the table through expertise and relationships. You will operate fluidly as the connective tissue between Marketing and Systems, ensuring requirements flow clearly in both directions so nothing gets lost in translation. You will have the structural autonomy to own performance reporting, build out cross\-platform dashboards, design A/B testing programs, and map out a long\-term MarTech optimization roadmap. You must be comfortable influencing through technical credibility and collaborative partnership rather than direct administrative ownership of the system.

Reporting Line

This position reports directly to the VP of Operations and Finance.

Company Benefits

  • Competitive salary and 401k plan \+ company matching opportunities.
  • Comprehensive Health Benefits: Health insurance package including medical, dental, vision, life, critical illness, accident, STD/LTD, HSA, and FSA with dependent care.
  • Flexible Work Arrangement: We’re a fully remote workforce that emphasizes a healthy work\-life balance by allowing some autonomy in work hours.
  • Generous Paid Time Off policy, enabling you to recharge, spend quality time with loved ones, and pursue personal interests outside of work.
  • Supportive Team Environment: Join a supportive and collaborative team environment where your contributions are valued, and teamwork is encouraged, fostering a culture of success and mutual respect.
