About This Role

As the Customer Operations Specialist for wholesale,you will be tasked with developing workflows to support our wholesale customers and sales team. You will answer phone, email, and chat inquiries from wholesale partners regarding invoicing, returns, payments, marketing materials, and pre\-book orders.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide white\-glove level of customer service to wholesale customers as well as our wholesale team
  • Establish efficient best practices for the Retailer / Buyer Support process
  • Owning and managing inquiries and requests from priority wholesale email account
  • Multi\-task while answering inquiries from email, chat, and phone including customer support for In House Majors, Tier 1, and 2 wholesale accounts.
  • Facilitate the returns process for wholesale customers
  • Provide proactive solutions for customers, anticipate future needs
  • Work with Account Executives to support accounts and resolve roadblocks
  • Maintain ownership of all Wholesale\-related materials including Vendor Agreements, Co\-Op Agreements, Wholesale Marketing Strategy, etc.
  • Management and coordination of NuOrder Materials (Linesheets, Samples, Sample Orders, Shipments, etc.)
  • Partner with internal teams to stay updated on product knowledge and marketing promotions
  • Provide insights and analysis into customer chargebacks and recommendations on how to minimize future chargebacks
  • Maintain organized records and data entry for customer service\-related requests (Invoicing, Order Status, Compliance Support, etc.)

Qualifications

  • Experience with NuOrder or a similar B2B selling platform
  • 1\-4 years of experience with customer support for wholesale
  • Attention to detail; must be aware of typos or mistakes in any customer\-facing communications
  • Problem\-solving skills; must think creatively in ways to effectively communicate issues or processes to customers
  • Resourceful; does more with less, is able to anticipate customer needs
  • Must be able to work autonomously; can prioritize tasks and complete with minimal direction while able to anticipate and prepare for future business needs
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
