Salary: $184,000 \- $237,000 per year \+ annual performance\-based bonus

Summary
The Vice President (VP), Sales Enablement is a senior leadership role responsible for driving enterprise\-wide sales productivity and enabling business development teams to accelerate growth. This leader will design and execute strategies, tools, and programs that enhance recruiting effectiveness, advisor acquisition, and revenue expansion.
This role partners closely with Business Development, Marketing, and Product leadership to ensure consistent messaging, scalable enablement, and measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
Sales Enablement Strategy
- Define and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy aligned with enterprise growth priorities
- Develop scalable frameworks, playbooks, and tools to enhance recruiting and business development effectiveness
- Identify and eliminate barriers to sales execution and pipeline progression
Recruiting \& Business Development Support
- Enable recruiting teams with compelling messaging, differentiated value propositions, and competitive insights
- Partner with leadership to strengthen advisor acquisition strategies and improve win rates
- Support enterprise initiatives tied to growth, advisor engagement, and market expansion
Performance \& Analytics
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and productivity metrics
- Leverage analytics and feedback to continuously refine enablement strategies
- Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership
Content \& Training Leadership
- Oversee creation and governance of sales content, presentations, and advisor\-facing materials
- Design and deliver training programs that improve effectiveness of business development teams
- Ensure consistency, quality, and alignment of messaging across all channels
Cross\-Functional Leadership
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Operations to align sales enablement with enterprise priorities
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on growth opportunities and sales effectiveness
- Lead and develop a high\-performing enablement team
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred, H.S. Diploma or GED certificate \+ Significant Practical Experience will be considered.
Basic Requirements
- 10\+ years of experience in sales enablement, business development, or related leadership roles
- Experience in financial services, wealth management, or advisor recruiting preferred
- Demonstrated track record of driving measurable growth and improving sales outcomes
- Strong leadership experience with the ability to build and scale high\-performing teams
Preferred Requirements
- FINRA License(s): Series 6/7, 65/66
- Experience in Wealth Management, FinTech space
- Experience in Sales Enablement role
