Overview

At PDS Health, Marketing Operations is the engine that enables scale, consistency, and performance across a complex, multi\-location organization. As Manager, Marketing Operations, you’ll focus on building and optimizing the processes, systems, and workflows that power the Marketing organization.This role is ideal for someone with enterprise experience who knows how to bring structure to complexity, drive process standardization, and improve efficiency across teams. You’ll partner across teams to reduce friction, increase visibility, and ensure marketing efforts are executed with speed, accuracy, and impact. Responsibilities Process Improvement \& Operational Excellence* Lead the design, documentation, and continuous improvement of end\-to\-end marketing processes across campaign planning, execution, and reporting.

  • Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and gaps across workflows and implement scalable solutions to improve speed, quality, and consistency.
  • Establish standardized processes, SLAs, and governance models to support a high\-volume, multi\-channel marketing environment.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging data, feedback, and performance insights to refine operations.

Enterprise Workflow \& Project Management* Own and optimize enterprise marketing workflows across platforms such as Workfront \& JIRA systems.

  • Ensure clear intake processes, prioritization frameworks, and resource allocation across teams.
  • Improve visibility into project status, capacity, and timelines to support better decision\-making and accountability.
  • Partner with leadership to align priorities and ensure marketing efforts are focused on highest\-impact initiatives.

Technology \& Platform Optimization* Lead adoption and optimization of marketing technologies, ensuring tools are configured to support scalable processes.

  • Partner with technical teams to improve integrations between marketing platforms and data sources.
  • Evaluate and implement new tools or capabilities that improve efficiency, tracking, and execution.
  • Support change management efforts to ensure successful adoption across teams.

Performance Tracking \& Reporting* Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reporting to track marketing throughput, efficiency, and performance.

  • Provide insights into campaign execution, resource utilization, and process effectiveness.
  • Establish KPIs and benchmarks to measure operational success and identify opportunities for improvement.

Cross\-Functional Alignment* Serve as the connector across Brand, Creative, Digital, and Operations Marketing teams.

  • Ensure alignment between strategy, execution, and downstream systems.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination across teams to reduce silos and improve execution.

Team Leadership \& Development* Lead and develop a team focused on marketing operations, project management, and process improvement.

  • Coach team members on best practices, tools, and operational excellence.
  • Build a high\-performing, process\-driven team that thrives in a fast\-paced environment.

Required* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Operations, or related field.

  • 5\+ years of experience in marketing operations, program management, or business operations in a large, complex organization.
  • 3\+ years of experience leading teams or cross\-functional initiatives.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing scalable processes across marketing or similar functions.
  • Strong experience with enterprise project management and workflow tools (Workfront, JIRA, Asana, or similar).
  • Experience working in highly matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead process improvement initiatives that drive measurable efficiency gains.
  • Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills with a data\-driven mindset.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities* Strong process orientation with the ability to design, document, and optimize workflows at scale.

  • Ability to simplify complex systems and bring structure to ambiguous or fragmented environments.
  • Excellent project and program management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in operational performance.
  • Effective communicator who can align stakeholders and drive clarity across teams.
  • Ability to influence without authority in a cross\-functional, enterprise environment.
  • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proactive, solutions\-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast\-paced, evolving marketing organization.
