Description

Peak Nano Films is building out the technical backbone of its Revenue Operations function — reporting, systems integration, sales operations process automation, and AI\-based analysis — and is hiring a Revenue Operations Systems Engineer to own this work. This is an early\-career role designed for a recent graduate with a Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical background who is genuinely fluent in AI tooling and excited to apply it to real commercial problems. Peak is moving from spreadsheets and shared drives to a fully integrated revenue stack: NetSuite as ERP, structured executive reporting cadences, and AI\-powered process automation across the commercial workflow. This role partners directly with the Director of Revenue Operations to design and implement the systems and reporting layer that lets Peak's commercial function scale.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline
  • 0\-3 years of professional experience (new grads welcome)
  • Demonstrated fluency with AI tools — Claude, ChatGPT, or equivalent
  • Comfortable with prompt engineering, agentic workflows, and integrating AI into business processes
  • Working knowledge of how data moves between systems (APIs, JSON, structured data formats)
  • Should be able to look at a data integration problem and reason about the solution
  • Comfort with Python, JavaScript, or another general\-purpose programming language
  • Comfort reading code, modifying scripts, and building small automations is enough — no need to be a senior engineer
  • Strong written communication. Should be able to document what they build for non\-technical operators
  • Curiosity, learning velocity, and willingness to teach themselves what they don't know yet
  • US Citizenship

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HubSpot, NetSuite, Smartsheet, Airtable, or comparable business systems
  • Exposure to BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Sigma) or reporting platforms
  • Experience with low\-code/no\-code automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n)
  • Coursework or projects in ML, NLP, applied AI, or data engineering
  • Prior co\-op, internship, or capstone project applying technical skills to real\-world business problems
  • Interest in advanced manufacturing, materials science, or hardtech as a long\-term career environment
