Overview

We are seeking a high-caliber former strategy consultant to act as the Vice President (VP) of Transformation & RevOps for Pearl Meyer, a Portfolio Company of Coalesce Capital. The individual will report to the CEO and work closely with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) – in particular the Leaders of the Executive Compensation and Leadership Practices – to serve as the CEO’s strategic execution partner, leading enterprise transformation initiatives and building the operational infrastructure required to accelerate growth, improve scalability, and achieve the firm’s ambitious value creation objectives.

The VP will be expected to operate as an extension of the ELT – bringing structure, pace, and accountability to delivery – while working hands-on with internal teams to ensure initiatives translate into tangible, successful outcomes.

The individual will have extensive exposure to Coalesce Capital’s value creation team and be expected to attend monthly investor update and quarterly board meetings.

Role

The VP will partner directly with the CEO and the ELT to drive execution of Pearl Meyer’s 3 year Strategy and drive revenue growth. They will be expected to work closely day-to-day with the CEO and the Leaders of the two Practices. Core responsibilities will include:

  • Structuring, sequencing, and tracking execution of the CEO's priority initiatives, ensuring accountability and pace across workstream owners
  • Providing hands-on support to ELT members to accelerate execution of key workstreams
  • Lead the design and execution of a best-in-class Revenue Operations function, including sales performance management, forecasting, pipeline governance, pricing strategy, CRM optimization, analytics, and revenue planning
  • Preparing materials and analysis for Quarterly Board meetings and monthly investor updates
  • Acting as a thought partner to the CEO and the Leaders of the Executive Compensation and Leadership Practices on commercial and operational initiatives
  • Identity and remove barriers to execution across functions and business units
  • Develop and oversee KPI frameworks that enable data-driven decision making
  • Partner with practice leaders to identify and execute revenue growth opportunities, including cross-selling, pricing optimization, and service expansion
  • Evaluate and implement operational improvements that enhance scalability, profitability, and client experience

Success Metrics

Success in this role will be measured by:

  • Pace and quality of execution of the key initiatives which form Pearl Meyer’s 3-year Strategy
  • Improved visibility and predictability of revenue operations (pipeline accuracy, pricing discipline, reporting cadence)
  • Strength of working relationships with the ELT and Coalesce Capital's Value Creation team

Profile

An ideal candidate will have:

  • 4 – 7 years’ experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm (ideally reached Project Leader/Manager, also open to more junior grades but individuals must have been promoted at least once)
  • Highly structured and pragmatic, with the credibility and presence to challenge and influence senior MDs and drive adoption
  • Strong track record of driving implementation (not just strategy)
  • Experience in RevOps and/or commercial excellence preferred but not required
  • Experience working for Private Equity / Private Equity backed companies preferred but not required
