Location: Hudson, FL (Tampa Bay area)

Job Type: Full-time (95% Remote, prefer candidates residing within 100 miles of Hudson)

Salary Range: $65,000–$125,000/year, based on experience

About the Role

We're looking for an entry-level, hands-on, Director of Marketing to lead our marketing function and help shape our brand, messaging, and growth strategy. This is a great opportunity for a motivated, degree-holding marketing professional ready to take ownership of a department and grow into a senior leadership role as the company scales.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute the company's overall marketing strategy across digital, content, and traditional channels
• Manage the marketing budget and track ROI on campaigns
• Oversee social media, email marketing, website content, and brand messaging
• Build and manage relationships with outside dealers, agencies, and freelancers
• Organize the company’s tradeshow booth and travel to various events across the country
• Analyze marketing performance data and adjust strategy based on results
• Collaborate with sales and leadership to align marketing efforts with business goals
• Manage or mentor junior marketing staff as the team grows

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or preparing to graduate but want to start working full-time while you finish your degree
• 0–2 years of professional marketing experience (internships count)
• Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing software, basic SEO)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable wearing many hats in a smaller marketing department

Nice to Have

• Experience with a CRM or marketing automation platform
• Basic graphic design or content creation skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Familiarity with firearms
