TITLE: Senior Sales Operations Analyst – Salesforce, Forecasting \& Revenue Intelligence

LOCATION: Mountain or West Coast Remote

PAY: $100\-120k \+ bonus

ENGAGEMENT TYPE: Direct Hire

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

This is a Senior\-Level Sales Operations Analyst position.

Our client is seeking a highly analytical and business\-minded professional to serve as a strategic partner to Sales leadership, helping drive revenue growth through forecasting, pipeline intelligence, CRM optimization, and executive\-level reporting.

In this role, you'll transform complex sales and market data into actionable insights that influence decision\-making across Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations. You'll leverage modern analytics tools, CRM platforms, and emerging AI technologies to improve forecasting accuracy, optimize sales processes, and identify opportunities for growth.

This position offers significant visibility with executive leadership and the opportunity to make a measurable impact on revenue performance, operational efficiency, and long\-term business strategy. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 5\+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Analytics, or a related analytical function
  • Strong experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and/or HubSpot
  • Experience developing reports, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions using Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar tools
  • Proven success supporting forecasting, pipeline analysis, and revenue planning initiatives
  • Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, including modeling and complex data analysis
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to improve reporting, research, data quality, or business processes
  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to translate large volumes of data into meaningful business recommendations
  • Comfortable working in a fast\-paced, evolving environment with multiple priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience supporting enterprise\-level sales organizations is preferred
  • SQL experience is a plus
  • Experience within highly regulated industries is a plus
