POSITION DESCRIPTION
Axia by Qcells is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to support and coordinate critical sales support functions in partnership with the Regional Sales Managers. This role is responsible for ensuring contract accuracy, maintaining required documentation across CRM and project management systems, supporting partner onboarding, monitoring project status, and helping drive operational consistency across the sales organization.
This position reports to the Director of Sales Partners. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, detail\-oriented, and able to operate with professionalism and composure in a fast\-paced environment. Previous experience in residential solar sales and operations is required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Contract Review \& Sales Support* Audit incoming sales contracts for pricing, scope, accuracy, and margin compliance
- Accurately enter and maintain contract and project data in internal systems
- Ensure all documentation is completed and processed in a timely manner
Partner Onboarding \& Vendor Coordination* Support onboarding activities for new partners and third\-party vendors
- Serve as a point of contact for onboarding\-related documentation and process support
- Collect, review, and verify required partner documents for completeness and accuracy
- Track onboarding progress and provide monthly onboarding summaries
Project Status Monitoring* Assist with the communication and tracking of projects placed On Hold
- Help identify documentation or process gaps impacting project progression
- Provide weekly project hold summaries to internal stakeholders
Reporting \& Operational Visibility* Prepare and communicate recurring business reports and KPI updates, including: Contract accuracy, Project hold status, Partner onboarding progress
- Maintain accurate operational records and support internal reporting needs
Training \& Product Rollouts* Partner with the Axia Sales Training Team to support training initiatives for new product launches and updates
- Help ensure external partners receive timely communication and education on new programs, tools, or offerings
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 1–2 years of experience in the residential solar industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines effectively
- Working knowledge of the residential solar lifecycle, including sales, documentation, and operational handoff
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational, problem\-solving, and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work cross\-functionally and support both internal teams and external partners

The salary range is required by the California Pay Transparency Act and may differ depending on the location of those candidates hired nationwide. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to, skill set, education, licenses and certifications, essential job duties and requirements, and the necessary experience relative to the job’s minimum qualifications.
