Overview

We’re looking for a Director of Revenue Enablement to own the strategy, systems, and cross\-functional programs that help our customer\-facing teams perform at their highest level. Reporting directly to the VP of Revenue Operations, you’ll be the connective tissue between Sales, CS, Marketing, and Product, translating insights into field\-ready content, building the tools and training that scale, and ensuring measurable impact on pipeline, win rates, and customer value.

Responsibilities

  • Own the GTM enablement strategy, ensuring consistent narrative and execution globally
  • Manage Customer Success Operations team, providing insights to revenue leadership team on recurring revenue
  • Translate product and market insights into crisp, field\-ready content and training
  • Partner across Sales, CS, Marketing, and Product to align messaging and reinforce deal cycle best practices
  • Build, manage, and optimize the enablement tech stack including Clari, Gong, and Salesforce
  • Drive GTM onboarding, continuous learning, and certification programs for all customer\-facing teams
  • Provide clear insights into adoption, competency, and program performance using Salesforce, RevOps data, and Gong
  • Lead cross\-functional “moment of change” initiatives to support launches, repositioning efforts, and process improvements
  • Advocate for the field — surface gaps, blockers, and trends to influence product roadmap, messaging, and commercial strategy
  • Ensure measurable impact on pipeline generation, win rates, deal velocity, and customer value realization
  • Create repeatable playbooks and assets that scale across regions and segments
  • And other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 7\+ years in revenue enablement, sales operations, or a related GTM function, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record building and scaling onboarding and training programs that measurably improve rep productivity
  • Hands\-on experience with revenue tools — Clari, Gong, and Salesforce fluency strongly preferred
  • Strong cross\-functional communicator who can influence without authority across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Product
  • Data\-driven mindset — you connect enablement programs to pipeline, win rates, and deal velocity, not just activity metrics
  • Experience leading global or multi\-regional enablement programs and managing organizational change
  • Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously in a distributed, fast\-moving environment

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in a high\-growth SaaS or B2B environment
  • Familiarity with LMS or certification platforms (Showpad, Seismic, or similar)
