🎯 The Opportunity

As our Indirect Sales Operations Analyst , you will be an essential driver behind the success and revenue growth of our Global Partner (Indirect) Sales network 📈.

Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Global Indirect Sales Operations , you will own day-to-day sales operations, validate crucial partner data, handle query workflows, and partner cross-functionally with senior leaders and global channel partners 🤝🌐.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• 📊 Reporting & Analytics: Build, maintain, and optimise DOMO dashboards and forecasting models to deliver actionable insights to senior sales leadership.
• 💰 Incentives & Rebates: Facilitate partner rebate calculations, address seller questions promptly, and troubleshoot discrepancies to ensure accurate payouts.
• 🖥️ Leadership Presentations: Craft, refresh, and polish high-impact slide decks for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and executive meetings.
• 🎯 Commissions Support: Assist with seller commission processing and operational workflows managed within the team.
• 🔍 Data Quality & Problem Resolution: Monitor data integrity, resolve ticketing/inbound partner requests, and keep processes running smoothly.

🌟 What We’re Looking For

• 🎓 Education & Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data/Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
• 💼 Experience: 1–3 years in an operations role (experience in Sales Operations, Finance, Revenue Operations, or Data Analytics is a big plus! 🌟).
• 🔢 Analytical & Quantitative Skills: Strong mathematical aptitude, sharp analytical thinking, and a structured approach to problem-solving.
• 📑 Tool Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data modeling).
• 💬 Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to liaise professionally with internal teams and external partners.
• 🤝 Partner/Customer Focus: Experience resolving customer/seller queries and managing partner operational inquiries.
