About This Role

Marketing Operations Specialist – Part Time

Real Estate Equities Development, LLC – Village Cooperative Communities

Are you a marketing specialist who would enjoy working with a successful sales and marketing team that serves active seniors across the country? Then we have an opportunity that is sure to grab your attention and your response! That’s because Village Cooperative—the leading senior cooperative housing developer and marketer in the nation—has an immediate part-time Marketing Operations Specialist opening at our corporate headquarters in Eagan, MN. Our business model is already serving over 5,000 members living in more than 2,500 homes across multiple states with a combined value of over $700,000,000.

But we aren’t selling real estate. We specialize in marketing a cooperative lifestyle concept that involves home ownership for seniors (age 55+) with no maintenance—and at a great value. And when we connect with a well-targeted audience, the results are amazing! We are now seeking Marketing Operations Specialist who will own the execution that follows—coordinating details, managing workflows, deploying campaigns and assets, maintaining marketing systems, and ensuring assigned projects move from decision to done.

This is a part-time role expected to average 20-30 hours per week, with priorities established in partnership with the Director of Marketing. Success requires relentless organization, strong project management, attention to detail, and the ability to independently move work forward. This person should know when they can solve something themselves and when a decision requires escalation or additional judgment.

Major duties include:

  • Own prioritized day-to-day marketing execution, ensuring assigned campaigns, communications, assets, systems, and initiatives move from strategy through deployment and completion.
  • Maintain quality and consistency across assigned customer-facing marketing, ensuring content, assets, listings, campaigns, and digital experiences are accurate, current, and deployed appropriately.
  • Support prioritized marketing technology and automation work, including CRM, email, web, content, and related platforms based on agreed-upon needs.
  • Improve and maintain scalable marketing workflows that increase organization, visibility, accountability, and execution.
  • Coordinate assigned work across internal and external partners, keeping Sales, vendors, designers, developers, agencies, and other stakeholders aligned and moving toward completion.
  • Organize and deploy marketing assets and resources, ensuring priority materials are easy to find, properly maintained, and actively used.
  • Support adoption of shared marketing tools, templates, and systems for Sales and other internal teams within established standards.
  • Proactively identify stalled work and operational issues within assigned priorities, solve what can be solved independently, and elevate decisions that require additional judgment.

Qualified candidate requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, marketing operations, project coordination, digital marketing, or a related role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, vendors, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently move work forward and follow through until completion.
  • Experience working with CRM, email marketing, CMS, spreadsheets, file-management systems, or other marketing technology.
  • Comfortable working with customer/contact data, lists, creative assets, and production specifications.
  • Ability to proof and quality-check customer-facing marketing before deployment.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset and a high degree of personal accountability.

Bonus Points If You:* Have experience with CRMs, Webflow, YouTube, Calendly, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar platforms.

  • Have experience building or maintaining email automations and customer lifecycle communications.

Benefits include:

  • 401(k)
  • 401(k) match
  • Paid time off

We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package.
