About Bridge Orthotics
Bridge Orthotics is an innovative healthcare company founded by a board\-certified podiatrist to improve mobility through physician\-designed condition\-specific orthotics. As our company continues to grow, we are looking for an organized, dependable individual who enjoys both hands\-on fabrication and technology.
This position combines orthotic assembly, e\-commerce fulfillment, inventory management, customer service, and online order processing into one rewarding role.
Position Overview
The Bridge Orthotics Operations Coordinator will oversee the day\-to\-day fulfillment of customer orders from the time they are received until they are delivered.
Training will be provided in orthotic fabrication and our proprietary assembly process.
Responsibilities
Orthotic Fabrication
- Assemble Bridge Orthotics Condition\-Specific Orthotics (CSO) according to physician protocols.
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy.
- Prepare completed orthotics for shipment.
E\-Commerce \& Technology
- Process online orders through WooCommerce.
- Operate our Point\-of\-Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain accurate customer records and order history.
- Update product information and inventory within the online store.
- Assist with customer email inquiries and online order support.
- Help maintain our growing customer database for repeat sales and marketing initiatives.
Inventory \& Vendor Management
- Place product orders with our KLM manufacturing partner.
- Receive and inspect inventory.
- Maintain inventory levels of orthotic components and shipping supplies.
- Coordinate shipping and tracking of customer orders.
Customer Service
- Communicate professionally with patients and healthcare providers.
- Answer questions regarding orders and shipping status.
- Provide a positive customer experience that reflects the Bridge Orthotics brand.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who enjoys learning new technology while also taking pride in detailed hands\-on work.
Preferred qualifications include
- Strong computer skills.
- Comfortable learning WooCommerce and POS software.
- Experience with online order fulfillment or e\-commerce is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Friendly, professional communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Mechanical aptitude or assembly experience is helpful but not required.
Healthcare, medical office, dental office, pharmacy, retail operations, shipping/fulfillment, or e\-commerce experience is highly desirable.
Schedule
- Approximately 10 hours per week.
- Flexible weekday hours.
- Potential for additional hours as Bridge Orthotics continues to expand.
Compensation
Competitive hourly wage based on experience.
