As we continue to scale our hybrid hardware\-and\-software (SaaS) business model, we are seeking a data\-driven, strategic, and highly organized Revenue Operations Manager to optimize our revenue engine.
Position Summary
The Revenue Operations Manager will serve as the connective tissue between our Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams. In this role, you will own the end\-to\-end operational execution of our revenue processes, manage our go\-to\-market (GTM) tech stack, and ensure data integrity across the customer journey. You will be responsible for streamlining our sales activity workflows and KPIs, improving pipeline visibility, and providing actionable insights that drive sustainable revenue growth. You will partner closely with go\-to\-market leadership in driving initiatives and measuring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities1\. Process Optimization \& Deal Architecture
- Streamline the Customer Lifecycle: Optimize and manage workflows after marketing lead generation, sales pipelines, onboarding, and customer success expansion.
- Pricing \& CPQ Management: Own the operational workflow for customer deals. Maintain and optimize pricing sheets and CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) processes that accommodate our revenue models.
- Process Automation: Identify bottlenecks in the sales cycle and implement automated workflows to reduce administrative burdens on sellers, maximizing their time spent in front of customers.
2\. Tech Stack Administration \& Data Hygiene
- CRM Ownership: Administer and optimize our CRM system (Salesforce), ensuring high data hygiene, accurate tracking, and strict adherence to process compliance.
- Revenue Intelligence Software Ownership: Administer and optimize our Revenue AI software (Gong), ensuring high data hygiene, accurate tracking, and strict adherence to process compliance.
- Integrations Management: Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth data flows between the CRM, project management software, revenue intelligence software and downstream finance operations tools.
- Tool Evaluation: Continuously evaluate the RevOps tech stack, leading the implementation and change management of new automation and AI\-driven workflow tools.
3\. Data Analytics, Forecasting \& Reporting
- Pipeline Health \& Forecasting: Monitor and report on pipeline health, sales velocity, and funnel conversion rates. Partner with Sales leadership to build reliable revenue forecasting models.
- Executive Dashboards: Build and maintain cross\-functional dashboards tracking critical revenue KPIs (e.g., Bookings, ARR, Churn/Retention, LTV, CAC, and sales rep performance metrics).
- Actionable Insights: Translate complex commercial data into clear, decision\-ready narratives and actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
4\. Cross\-Functional Alignment
- Finance Integration: Align closely with Finance and Accounting to ensure clean billing setups, month\-end bookings reconciliation, and commission tracking.
- Enablement Support: Support onboarding for new sales hires on operational processes, tooling, and pipeline management expectations.
What You Bring (Qualifications)
- Experience: 6\+ years of dedicated experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations.
- Business Model Familiarity: Proven experience managing operations within a B2B environment; experience with Hardware enabled SaaS models or IoT solutions and Construction Technology experience is highly preferred.
- Technical Expertise: Deep experience administering CRMs (Salesforce) alongside advanced analysis capabilities. Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI) and AI\-driven automation workflows is a strong plus.
- Analytical Rigor: Strong quantitative skills with the ability to pull, organize, and interpret large datasets to identify market trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaboration \& Communication: Outstanding cross\-functional project management skills. Ability to build consensus across Sales, Marketing, and Finance stakeholders and confidently present insights to leadership.
- Adaptability: A high\-agency operator who thrives in fast\-paced environments, brings structure to ambiguity, and takes proactive ownership of problem\-solving.
