The Sales Operations Coordinator II requires basic knowledge of job procedures and tools obtained through work experience to complete routine and standard projects and assignments within the Sales Operations family. Works under general supervision.
- Actively participates in gathering sales data and contributes to comprehensive pricing analysis.
- Responds to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, demonstrating a growing level of expertise and support.
- Contributes to generating comprehensive reports and preparing presentations on sales and pricing trends, providing valuable insights.
- Manages and organizes sales transaction records and pricing information, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Contributes to collaborating with the sales team, participating in the development of strategies for improving sales performance.
- Offers comprehensive administrative support, efficiently scheduling meetings and adeptly managing calendars.
- Conducts research to gather comprehensive market intelligence and contribute to competitor analysis.
- Assists in the implementation and ongoing maintenance of sales and pricing software systems, demonstrating proficiency in system usage.
Minimum Experience: 4\+
Years Minimum Education: High School Diploma/GED
