We've built a strong brand, a talented creative team, and a growing library of content and customer stories. What we need now is a leader who can turn marketing strategy into consistent execution.
We're looking for a Marketing Operations \& Creative Manager to oversee the day\-to\-day operation of our marketing function. You'll manage our creative team, own marketing workflows and campaign execution, and ensure projects move from concept to launch with speed, quality, and accountability.

The Role
You will serve as the operational leader of the marketing department, translating strategic priorities into campaigns, content, and deliverables executed by the marketing team.You will oversee project planning, campaign execution, creative workflows, team management, and cross\-functional coordination while maintaining a high standard of brand quality across all channels.Your success will be measured not only by the quality of the work produced, but by the consistency, speed, and predictability with which the team delivers it.
Marketing Operations \& Project Leadership
- Own the marketing production calendar and campaign launch process
- Build and maintain systems that keep projects moving efficiently from concept through execution
- Ensure that systems, projects, processes, etc are well documented and discoverable to leadership
- Prioritize work across the marketing team and ensure deadlines are met
- Develop workflows, processes, and reporting that improve visibility and accountability
- Deliver monthly dashboards and metrics that lead to process and outcome improvements for Sound Off
- Identify and remove bottlenecks that slow execution
- Partner with RevOps to execute and maintain marketing campaigns, nurture programs, lead capture processes, reporting dashboards, and lifecycle marketing initiatives within HubSpot
Marketing Technology \& Automation
- Serve as the primary marketing owner within HubSpot for campaign execution
- Build and manage emails, forms, landing pages, lists, campaigns, and basic reporting
- Work closely with RevOps to ensure proper tracking, attribution, and lifecycle management
- Coordinate marketing automation initiatives that enable lead generation and customer nurturing
- Partner with the sales team to ensure marketing is effectively filling the sales funnel with qualified leads
- Ensure marketing data and campaign performance are visible and actionable
Team Leadership \& Management
- Directly manage the Marketing Coordinator, Copywriter, Video Editor, and Graphic Designer
- Lead monthly planning meetings, workload prioritization, coaching, and performance management
- Review creative work and maintain quality standards
- Manage freelancers and contractors as needed
Campaign Execution
- Translate strategic initiatives into actionable marketing plans
- Coordinate campaign execution across content, design, video, email, social, events, and partnerships
- Ensure campaigns launch on schedule with all required assets and approvals
Cross\-Functional Leadership
- Partner with Sales, RevOps, Events, Partnerships, and Operations teams
- Serve as the primary point of accountability for marketing execution across the organization
Brand \& Creative Stewardship
- Maintain and evolve Sound Off's visual and verbal brand standards
- Ensure all creative assets meet established quality expectations

- Audit current marketing workflows, active projects, and team responsibilities
- Establish a centralized marketing production calendar
- Implement clear briefing, review, and approval processes
- Assume day\-to\-day management of the marketing team
By 6 Months
- Improve campaign launch consistency and delivery timelines
- Create scalable systems that reduce leadership involvement in day\-to\-day project management
- Ensure all major marketing initiatives launch with complete supporting assets and stakeholder alignment
Required Experience
- Experience leading marketing execution, creative operations, project management, or integrated marketing teams
- Experience managing creative professionals, freelancers, or agency resources
- Experience working within HubSpot or a comparable CRM and marketing automation platform
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience building processes and systems that improve team performance
Marketing Technology \& Automation
HubSpot proficiency is required. Candidates should be comfortable working within HubSpot to support campaign execution, reporting, and marketing operations. Able to build and manage marketing emails, landing pages, forms, lists, campaigns, and basic reporting. Works closely with RevOps to ensure marketing initiatives are properly tracked, measured, and integrated into the customer journey.
Nice to Have
- Experience in experiential marketing, events, entertainment, wellness, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
- Experience supporting lead generation and growth marketing initiatives
- Exposure to Klaviyo and other marketing automation platforms
- Experience scaling a small marketing team
