General Manager, Sales Operations Manager

Job Summary

The General Manager, Sales Operations Manager leads sales and operational performance by connecting strategy, financial oversight, and day-to-day execution. You’ll guide teams, strengthen customer service, and use clear analysis to turn business priorities into practical plans. Your impact: By improving sales processes and aligning team efforts with business goals, you help customers receive consistent service while supporting sustainable business performance.

Duties

• Lead sales and operations management, setting priorities and tracking progress against business objectives.
• Oversee profit and loss (P&L), financial management, and profit and loss analysis; use Excel data analysis to inform data-driven decisions.
• Manage projects and strategic planning, identifying process improvement opportunities and applying lean management principles to reduce unnecessary work.
• Direct team management, executive-level team management, and team leadership; coach and develop employees while supervising daily work.
• Build business development opportunities, communicate plans and results to stakeholders, and coordinate operational management across teams.

Experience

• Demonstrated management, leadership, and business management experience, including supervising experience and responsibility for team performance.
• Background in sales, operations management, and financial management, with the ability to interpret business results and recommend actions.
• Project management skills and experience improving processes; familiarity with lean management is useful.
• Strong managerial communication, customer service, and strategic management skills, with the ability to make decisions using data.
• Experience in team development, team leadership, and strategic planning; executive-level team management experience is an asset.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.10 per hour

Expected hours: 40.1 per week
