About This Role

We are looking for a Vice President, Client Data Product Enablement reporting into senior leadership within Global Technology Solutions (GTS). You will be accountable for driving enterprise adoption, effective usage, and value realization of data and analytics products.

What you will be responsible for

As the Vice President, Client Data Product Enablement, you will:

  • Lead end‑to‑end enterprise user rollout and enablement for Client 360, including portfolio onboarding, access readiness, rollout sequencing, and post‑go‑live adoption
  • Serve as the accountable owner for user readiness, enablement quality, and adoption outcomes across portfolios, regions, and user personas
  • Partner closely with Product, Technology, Data, Client Service, Relationship Management, Security, and Risk teams to align rollout execution with enterprise standards and governance
  • Oversee rollout waves across portfolios and regions, managing dependencies, risks, and readiness through rolling‑wave release planning
  • Ensure continuity of service for existing users during rollout and enhancement cycles, minimizing disruption while scaling adoption
  • Own and evolve the enterprise enablement operating model for data and analytics products, ensuring scalability, consistency, and transparency
  • Maintain strong governance around access, entitlements, and usage as adoption scales
  • Establish structured feedback loops and adoption insights to inform backlog prioritization and roadmap decisions
  • Articulate product value through adoption metrics, qualitative insights, and executive‑ready narratives

  • Proven leadership in enterprise product enablement and adoption for complex data and analytics platforms
  • Experience designing and executing phased rollout strategies, including readiness assessments and post‑go‑live stabilization
  • Strong stakeholder influence and partnership across Product, Technology, Data, Security, and Front‑Office functions
  • Ability to translate complex platform capabilities into clear, role‑based user journeys for Client Service, Relationship Management, and executive audiences
  • Working knowledge of access and entitlement governance, including role‑based access models and SailPoint‑based provisioning
  • Strong operational risk awareness, balancing scale, speed, and control in regulated enterprise environments
  • Ability to synthesize adoption insights and user feedback, distinguishing access, data quality, and usability concerns

Education \& Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 9 years of experience in the financial services industry, technology business, data, analytics, or enterprise technology delivery
  • Demonstrated experience leading large‑scale user rollout, enablement, or adoption initiatives across multiple portfolios or regions
  • Strong understanding of data platforms, analytics products, and front‑office use cases in regulated or highly governed environments
  • Proven ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels, balancing vision with accountability for outcomes
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior business and technology leaders

Salary Range

$120,000 \- $202,500 Annual The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
